Launch Celebration Promotion - Terms and Conditions​

1. Promotional Offer
   The “Launch Celebration” promotion offers 50% off the total quoted price for floral arrangement hire services.

2. Eligibility
   This promotion is strictly limited to the first 20 confirmed orders received during the promotional period.

3. Promotional Period
   The promotion is valid for a limited time only, as determined by the business, and may end without notice once all 20 promotional allocations have been claimed.

4. Booking Requirements
   To secure the promotional discount, customers must:

   • Accept the provided quote;

   • Enter the promotional code THANKYOU26 at checkout; and

   • Pay a non-refundable 20% deposit within the promotional period.

   • Orders will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and the valid promo code has been applied.

5. Coupon Code Use

   • The code THANKYOU26 must be applied at checkout to receive the discount.

   • The code is valid for one-time use per customer.

   • The code cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already confirmed.

6. Event Date Requirement
   The booked event must take place within 12 months from the date of deposit payment.

7. Services Included
   This promotion applies to:

   • Advertised standard floral arrangement hire packages; and

   • Custom (bespoke) floral arrangement hire services

   • Services are available in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Queensland.

8. Customer Feedback Requirement
   As a condition of receiving the promotional discount, customers agree to provide:

   • A written review and/or testimonial; and

   • Permission for BumbleB Floral to use photos, videos, and feedback for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media, flyers and website use).

9. Availability
   All bookings are subject to date availability. The business reserves the right to decline bookings where scheduling capacity has been reached.

10. Changes and Cancellations

    • The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

    • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

    • Additional fees may apply for changes to booking details.

11. Non-Transferable
    This promotion is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

12. Exclusions

    • Additional services, delivery fees, setup/pack-down, and custom add-ons may not be included unless specified in the quote.

    • Travel outside Brisbane and Gold Coast may incur extra charges.

13. Right to Modify
    The business reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.

14. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
